Principal & Founder

RAVEN THOMPSON

Raven Thompson is Principal & founder of Southeast Housing Development Partners, LLC. She is responsible for business development expansion through joint ventures with other developers and public & private partnership with soliciting PHAs. She will oversee projects from conception to completion. She has closed over $200 million in 4% tax-exempt bond financing for affordable housing projects. Her experience spans across several complex multi-phase & mixed-use development projects like that of the revitalization of Englewood Manor, a 30.4-acre real estate development in Atlanta, Ga located in the Chosewood Park Neighborhood. In addition, other project sites include Edgehill at Southtown, a 22-acre master redevelopment site in Birmingham, Alabama; Astoria at Crystal Lake, a 10.90 acre site in Douglasville, Ga and Hillcrest II, a 6-acre site located in Eastpoint, Ga.

Chloe is an architect major at Kennesaw State University. Through our firm, she will gain valuable insight through the lens of real estate development & design calls with other architect firms. Chloe’s responsibility will include assisting the staff in the planning, execution and stabilization all affordable housing projects. She will be a liaison for all 3rd party vendors & consultants during pre development, manage due diligence checklist, preparation of tax credit applications and RFQ/RFP, assist w/preparation and cost tracking for predevelopment and development budgets, prepare presentations, assist with project delivers & research regulatory requirements.

MARANDA DOWELL

Manages over $10 million in development projects nationwide, focusing on small retail shopping centers and neighborhood centers. She is a visionary retail developer and entrepreneur leading multimillion-dollar projects at Vantage Commercial and Genesis Development.
