Equitable Development Initiative (EDI) Graduation
Strengthening Community-Centered Development Through Capital, Strategy, and Partnership
Southeast Housing Development Partners’ Principal & Founder, Raven Thompson, was selected as one of 16 Atlanta-based developers to participate in Capital Impact Partners’ Equitable Development Initiative (EDI) program — a competitive cohort designed to support emerging real estate developers advancing equitable, community-centered projects.
The EDI program provides intensive training in capital stack structuring, public-private partnerships, financial modeling, and strategic project execution to help developers successfully implement transformative housing initiatives. Raven’s completion of the program reflects her continued commitment to expanding access to quality housing and strengthening equitable development across Atlanta and surrounding communities.
Raven celebrated her graduation alongside fellow cohort members, industry leaders, and development partners.
