Southtown   Senior

Role: Director of Development (1st Lead)
In this role, Raven Thompson served as the project owner, overseeing each development from initial concept through construction completion and stabilization of operations. Her responsibilities included leading development teams and meetings, managing consultants and third-party vendors, overseeing overall project budgets in coordination with construction management, monitoring GC cost tracking, navigating zoning and entitlements, guiding construction to completion, supporting lease-up efforts, and ensuring all equity partner stabilization requirements were met.

Project Details:

Southtown Senior is a 143-unit senior and family apartment community covering 158,384 square feet. Units are available in one-and two-bedroom floor plans. In addition to 143 units, Southtown Senior will also feature a fitness center, community room, and business center.

Astoria
